This privacy notice provides the information required by Article 13 GDPR about the processing of data when this website is used.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is provided by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. When the website is accessed, Vercel processes in particular the IP address, time, requested file, referrer, and browser and device information where necessary for delivery, stability and protection. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is secure, fast and stable provision. Vercel processes data as a technical service provider under its Data Processing Addendum. According to the provider, data may be processed in the United States; Vercel relies, among other mechanisms, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Contact form

When a contact, advisory or purchase request form is submitted, the information entered in that form is processed. Depending on the form, this includes name, email address, organization, reason, sector, timeframe, decision question, message and product details. Transmission uses a dedicated protected website interface. Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, is used as processor for technical delivery. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related requests. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other requests; the legitimate interest is an appropriate response. 4. Newsletter

For the newsletter, the email address and, if voluntarily provided, the first name are transmitted to Brevo through a protected interface. The legal basis is active consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Brevo sends a confirmation email after registration; the address is added only after the confirmation link is clicked. Time, IP address and technical log data may also be processed. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option and consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Individualized open or click tracking may be enabled only after a separate privacy assessment and, where required, separate consent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website currently uses no analytics or advertising trackers, embedded videos, maps or externally loaded fonts. No consent-based tracking is integrated.

6. External links

Links to external sites, especially LinkedIn, lead away from this website. The respective operators are responsible for data processing there.

7. Retention periods

Depending on the Vercel plan, technical runtime logs are generally available only for a limited period. Contact requests are deleted when processing is complete and no statutory retention duty or legitimate interest requires further storage. Newsletter data is processed until consent is withdrawn; a necessary suppression or evidence record may remain for the period permitted by law.

8. Data subject rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, data subjects have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. A message to the email address stated in the legal notice is sufficient to exercise these rights.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

Under Article 77 GDPR, data subjects may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For a controller established in Berlin, this includes the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
