2. Hosting and server log files
This website is provided via Vercel. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file, browser information and technical information about the accessing system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technical provision, stability and security of the website.
3. Contact
If you use the contact form, the data you enter will be used exclusively to process your request and communicate with you.
For the technical handling of the form, I use the service Formspree, Inc. When the form is submitted, your information is transmitted to Formspree and processed there. This may include in particular name, email address, message, date, time, IP address and technical browser information.
According to Formspree, the service is operated in the United States. Personal data may therefore be transferred to a third country. Further information can be found in Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
According to the current setup, this website does not use its own analytics or advertising trackers, embedded videos, maps or externally loaded fonts. Therefore, I currently do not use a cookie banner for tracking services that require consent.
Where technically necessary information is processed as part of purely technical delivery or form use, this serves only the secure operation of the website and the processing of your request.

This website contains links to external sites, especially LinkedIn and the website of MVZ Ihre Augenaerzte. If you click such a link, you leave this website. The operators of the linked pages are responsible for data processing on those pages.
